Making offshore operations safer and more efficient — one project at a time.
Offshore wind is among the most complex and safety-critical work anywhere. Planning it, permitting it and executing it at sea leaves no room for a record that is assembled from memory afterwards.
ROAM exists so developers hold an independent, auditable account of what actually happened on their asset. Less commercial risk, less safety risk, far less paperwork, and every decision defensible.

ROAM is built by Conrí Ltd — an engineering-led team combining offshore construction experience with large-scale cloud software.
Jack conceived ROAM and leads product and commercial strategy. He is a design and integration engineer whose work centres on rigorous, traceable engineering — the discipline ROAM applies to offshore operations.
He has spent time in the North Sea as a client representative, working from both Service Operation Vessels and Crew Transfer Vessels, and has seen the full lifecycle up close: pre-assembly, load-out, installation, commissioning, fault repair and ongoing O&M. Watching how work is authorised, executed and recorded offshore is the direct origin of ROAM’s design.
LinkedIn →Aaron leads ROAM’s engineering and platform architecture, and manages the team delivering the product. He is a cloud and full-stack engineer with large-scale distributed-systems experience.
At Amazon Web Services he supported fourteen AWS services across distributed, cloud-native systems, was the subject-matter contact for Amazon Lex, and mentored incoming engineers — promoted from Associate to Engineer within eight months.
LinkedIn →Built with the people who do the work.
ROAM is not designed in isolation. Every module is shaped with the people who run offshore construction day to day: marine coordinators, permit authorities, HSE leads, package managers and vessel crews.
That input keeps us honest. A permit workflow can look elegant on a whiteboard and fall apart the moment it meets a real weather window, a competency gap or a vessel sat on standby. We test our thinking against people who have lived those situations, before it reaches your project.
-
Operational review
We walk workflows through with offshore practitioners before we build them, not after.
-
Safety-led design
Permit and competency logic gets checked against real HSE practice, not our assumptions about it.
-
Continuous feedback
Features get reshaped around how crews and coordinators actually use them in the field.
Our values
Safety first, always
Every feature starts with the same question: does this make the job safer offshore? If the honest answer is no, it waits.
Full transparency
If it happened on the project, it should be visible, timestamped and traceable. No black boxes, and no version of events that only one party can see.
Built for the field
Built for a vessel deck, not a boardroom demo. It has to be quick on a phone in bad weather and it has to work when the connection does not.
Partnership mindset
We would rather have ten clients who shape the roadmap than a hundred who tolerate it. Your operational problems set our priorities.
