ROAM is a product of Conrí Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland. Conrí Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at any time at info@roamsoftware.com.
What we collect
We only collect data you choose to give us, plus limited technical information about how the site is used.
- Enquiry and demo forms — your name, work email, company, role, and the content of your message.
- Analytics — pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring site. Collected only if you accept cookies, with your IP address anonymised.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or arrange a demonstration — our lawful basis is legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it — our lawful basis is consent, given through the cookie banner.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies until you choose to accept them. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to measure site usage. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is sent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you, including our hosting provider (IONOS) and analytics provider (Google). Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to request a portable copy. To exercise any of these, email info@roamsoftware.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
